1. Booking, Taking Measurements & Collection of Cloth.

The Client is requested to observe the following :

1. Client has to Register on Tailors-On-Call before Booking.
2. The Client has to login for booking of Stitching Clothes.
3. On Booking, a Measurement Tailor will call you and then visit you as per mutual convenience.
4. At the Visit Measurement Tailor will take the measurements and issue Invoice to you for your order.
5. You have to handover the Cloth to Measurement Tailor for further process.
6. The Stitiching Rates are fixed and mentioned on the website.
7. Do Not Make any Payment to Measurement Tailor at this time.

2. Stitching of Clothes

After Collecting the Cloth from the client, Stitiching Process will include Following:

1. The Measurement Tailor will bring the cloth to the Workshop of Tailors-On-Call.
2. The Tailors-On-Call with complete the Stitching of your clothes as per your specifications.

3. Home Delivery

After completion of Stitching, you will receive a call from Tailors-On-Call:

1. A Delivery Tailor will visit you at the address specified by you for delivery.
2. You have to make the Payment of Stitching Charges (preferably online) to Tailors-On-Call by scanning QR Code shown by Delivery Tailor or available on website of Tailors-On-Call.
3. Please Ensure that the Payment is made to Tailors-On-Call only by checking your Payment App.
4. The Delivery Tailor will handover the Clothes to you. You can check the clothes by actual trial.
5. If Everything is OK, the Delivery Tailor will leave. No further complaint will be entertained after delivery.
6. If Any problem You can raise on the Website and tell the Delivery Tailor after making the Payment.
7. Tailors-On-Call will recollect the Clothes from you for corrections if necessary.
